Bridge Homes was built on the belief that stable housing is the foundation for everything else — health, employment, family, and independence. We provide small, structured residential homes where adults can stabilize, rebuild independence, and transition into permanent housing

Partner With Us

For Landlords & Property Owners

Bridge Homes is your tenant. We sign directly and take full responsibility for the property.
Rent is paid through program funding; reliable and on time every month!
Our staff visits every home daily, monitoring conditions and addressing concerns early.
Bridge Homes carries general liability insurance and maintains professional standards.
We identify and report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs quickly.
You always deal with our Program Administrator; professional and responsive communication guaranteed.

Support applying for SSI/SSDI, SNAP, and Medicaid — and maintaining eligibility throughout the program.

Life Skills

Budgeting, daily living, communication skills, and shared living expectations; practiced through real daily routines.
